Pandemic has limited travel, but on Mount Evans, Colorado, it has created a viable opportunity – the forest service closed the highest paved road in North America from the Echo Lake to the Mount Evans summit, allowing only cyclists to proceed into the inspiring high mountain wilderness environment.
