Sao Miguel is still the best choice of an island in the Azores to ride first. It has more than enough hills!

Two people, we could bring our own bikes or rent. I imagine a hotel from which we could set out each day on an adventure. Should we include more than one island? Or stay with São Miguel? Your suggestions are welcome.
