a taste of Tibet.

And you can choose between a quick tour without any exertion,

or one a little longer with a little hiking for a more complete experience of  the Roof of the World.

Itinerary:

 

3 nights / 4 days, no hiking

 

Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa. Pick up and transfer from airport to Lhasa. Acclimatization/rest. Hotel Shangbala, or Hotel Mandala or Hotel Snowland, or Hotel Pantoc, etc;


Day 2: Potala Palace; Jokhang temple, Barkhor bazaar.


Day 3: Drepung Monastery, Norbulinka, Tibet Museum, Sera Monastery.

 

Day 4: Transfer to airport for departure.
 

5 nights / 6 days, with little hiking

 

Day 1 Arrive in Lhasa. Pick up and transfer from airport to Lhasa. Acclimatization/rest. Hotel Shangbala, or Hotel Mandala or Hotel Snowland, or Hotel Pantoc, etc;


Day 2 Potala Palace; Jokhang temple, Barkhor bazaar. H;


Day 3 Tibet Museum, Norbulinka, Sera Monastery, H;


Day 4 Walking tour of Drepung Monastery; Explore Lhasa in the afternoon, H;


Day 5 Day trip to Drak Yerpa, little hiking around, caves; then drive to Ganden Monastery, short hike for spectacular views; return to Lhasa.


Day 6 Transfer to airport for departure.
