Cancellations and Refunds: 

All cancellations must be received in writing or by fax and are effective at date of receipt. Refunds are processed within 45 days after we receive your letter of cancellation and the following charges apply:

More than 120 days before departure: $250 per person, plus any applicable disbursement charges, such as wire charges and similar, if any, we have incurred with your reservation and will incur with having to cancel your reservation, whether charged to us by banks or different travel suppliers. Refunds by check on US banks are at no additional charge. Refunds by wire transfer will be assessed applicable wire charges.
120 to 76 days prior to departure: 10% of land cost ($250 minimum), plus any applicable disbursement charges, such as wire charges and similar, if any, we have incurred with your reservation and will incur with having to cancel your reservation. Refunds by check are at no additional charge. Refunds by wire transfer will be assessed applicable wire charges.
75 to 46 days prior to departure: 50% of land cost ($250 minimum)
45 to 30 days prior to departure: 65% of land cost ($250 minimum)
29 days or less prior to departure: 100% of land cost

There is no refund for "no-shows," for any unused services or for any portions of land arrangements that are missed, nor for cancellations made after the start of the tour.

Additionally, all airline reservations will be subject to refund policies and fees assessed by the respective carriers, plus any reservation fees, if any, and wire or other forms of payment expenses we had incurred on your behalf.
