Tour Prices:
The price listed under each tour represents the Land Cost. For detail of what the price covers see under What is and isn't included under each itinerary!
The Land Cost does not include the cost of your overseas round-trip airline ticket, nor any additional internal round-trip airfare, where applicable, unless noted otherwise. All internal airfares associated with your tour will be quoted separately from the Land Cost.
As for our Group Tours, please do understand that you will not know the final group size for your tour until we close the signup for a particular tour, typically 15 days prior to departure. All of our Group Tours will be operated under the published price with a minimum number of persons in a group; this minimum number of persons required for the tour to operate may differ depending on a destination and a type of a tour and is noted with the tour listing. If less than the minimum number of persons required are signed up for a Group Tour, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, and/or charge you any additional fees necessary, subject to your agreement, to be able to operate your Group Tour.
If you are a single traveler traveling on a Group Tour, we will try to accommodate you but will not be able to guarantee that we can find you a partner hence your request to travel will be treated as request for a Single Supplement (for more see under Single Supplement) and, in some cases, also as a request for a Private Tour.
Footloose Travel Guides, LLC reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of the tour. Footloose Travel Guides, LLC also reserves the right to correct any promotional or pricing errors and to change the tour price/tour Land Cost without prior notice.
