El Valle de Anton Tour is located in an extinct
volcano crater, Volcan Gaital. This largest extinct
volcano in Central America erupted 2.8 million years
ago. In El Valle, you’ll get an opportunity to
experience Panama life in the country side, known as
the Highlands or Interior. Life is much different
here, the people are friendly & warm representing
many cultures. El Valle, located in the Panama’s
Coclé province, with beautiful mountains such as the
Gaital, the Cariguana and the Sleeping Indian
surround the crater, which was formed millions of
years ago. El Valle is often called “the land of
eternal spring” and is one of the preferred places
for weekend homes.
General information on El Valle de Anton

that helps keep people cool and plants green

March

OR
Brisas de Los Lagos is located just 30 minutes from
Panama City, and only 40 minutes away from some of
the most beautiful beaches on the Pacific Ocean. In
Brisas de Los Lagos your are close to everything,
but at the same time far away from everything. A
four lane high way makes travel to and from Panama
City a short and pleasurable ride. The property was
used as pasture for cattle. Little by little the
owner begin planting Teak wood, Caribbean Pine Caoba,
and other type of trees, allowing him to change the
climate of the region with temperatures oscillating
between 24°C and 28°C. (79°F to 83°F). You can enjoy
nature in all its beauty here, but also you are able
to enjoy city life, whenever you feel like it. Watch
monkeys jump from tree to tree, this is as close to
paradise as you can get on earth. There are three
lakes (filled with Bream) and the entire development
is planted with the special herbs that keep away any
bugs including mosquitoes. Roads have been built,
services installed and over 500,000 trees planted!
It is, truly, a tropical paradise!
OR
Beaches of Chame, Gorgonna and/or San Carlos. Panama
has so much exquisite Pacific coastline beach
property available because the country has miles and
miles of coastline, but a very small population
outside of Panama City. The vast majority of the
nicest beachfront property is undeveloped and
virtually uninhabited. During the week, you are hard
pressed to find another person on many long
stretches of beach. Even on weekends most beaches
are rarely crowded. Some hotels and resorts are
starting to pop up here and there, but in general,
tourism is still in its infant stage. Panama beach
property is quite inexpensive, and you will be able
to find ocean-view condos for sometimes even less
than $100,000. Spending a little more on your beach
real estate will get you larger and more luxurious
condos, townhouses, or villas.
