Itinerary:
Day One
Early
Arrival to Panama At the appropriate time our
representative will meet and assist you at the
Tocumen International Airport. Then you will be
transferred to Miramar Intercontinental Hotel or
similar, or hotel of your choice, check in and
overnight.
Day Two
Panama City - Tour After breakfast you will be met
by your guide in the lobby of your hotel to begin
your private whole day City Tour. You visit the
famous first city of Panama (Panama La Vieja), this
was the first Spanish city established on the
Pacific side. Then sacked and destroyed in the year
1671 by famous English pirate Henry Morgan, who took
Fort San Lorenzo on the Caribbean side and proceeded
to Panama City. Then you will visit the second city
of Panama, Casco Antiguo. This city was constructed
strategically 1673 after Henry Morgan sacked the
first city. It was built by the Spanish and then
used by the French during the construction of the
canal. Also used by the railroad workers. Here you
will be able to observe the diverse construction
styles and city layout.
Afterwards you will visit Ancon Hill to observe the
city from one of the highest point in the city and
then have lunch at a gourmet restaurant in the city,
Manolo Caracol or similar.
Next
you will proceed to visit the Miraflores Locks, the
entrance to the Pacific side of the canal. Here you
will learn and watch this engineering master piece
in motion. Then you will visit the French Cemetery,
where each cross represents 1,000 people who died in
the construction of the canal.
Finally
transfer back to your hotel. (B, L)
Day Three
Panama City Today you will have a free day to enjoy
at your leisure. You may explore the city, go
shopping or just relax by the pool. Optional tours
are available upon request to the rainforest,
Portobello, El Valle, Isla Grande and many more.

Day Four - Azuero Peninsula
Early in the morning after breakfast you will have a
surface transfer to the Azuero Peninsula. This
diverse region of the country is made up of three
culturally rich provinces: Herrera, Los Santos and
Veraguas. The Pacific Ocean is located to the west
and the Gulf of Panama to the east of the peninsula.
Azuero is known as the folkloric center of Panama,
the traditional clothing, such as the beautiful
pollera, and handicrafts, such as ceramics based on
pre-Colombian designs, originated and are still made
in the area. Traces of Spanish-colonial Panama can
still be found throughout the peninsula in small
towns such as Parita and Pedasi with houses with
red-tile roofs and elaborate ironwork.
Your picturesque transfer will allow you to enjoy
Panama’s diverse terrain, starting in Panama City
and heading west through the Cocle, Veraguas,
Herrera and Los Santos Provinces.
You will stop along the way for lunch and at other
points of interest before reaching your final
destination at Villa Camilla. Check in and
overnight. (B, L, D)
Day Five -Villa Camilla
In the morning after breakfast you will have the day
to explore peninsula. A trail winds through the
valleys of Azuero from Villa Camilla to the beach,
making for excellent hiking and biking adventures.
Complementary mountain bikes are available for guest
use. There are also optional tours available to
discover the hidden wonders of the area such as
snorkeling, diving, surfing and visiting surrounding
towns to experience life in Azuero. (B, L, D)
Day Six - Villa Camilla
Today you will have another day to enjoy Villa
Camilla and the surrounding areas at your leisure,
overnight Villa Camilla. Optional tours are
available. (B, L, D)
Day Seven- Return to Panama City
At the appropriate time you will be transferred from
Villa Camila to Panama City. Check into your hotel.

Day Eight -Transfer Out
Today at the appropriate time you will be met in the
lobby of your hotel by a driver and transferred to
Tocumen International Airport for your flight home.
