Day 01             Arrive Kathmandu; transfer to Hotel Manaslu

Day 02:            Free day in Kathmandy for the preparation of Trek. O/N Hotel Manaslu

Day 03:            Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding.

Day 04:            Trek to Namche.

Day 05:            Trek to Tengboche.

Day 06:            Trek to Pheriche.

Day 07:            Trek to Lobuche.

Day 08:            Trek to Gorakshep.

Day 09:            Rest at Gorakshep or trek to Kalapathar.

Day 10:            Rest at Gorakshep or trek to Everest Base Camp.

Day 11:            Trek to Lobuche.

Day 12:            Trek to Dingboche.

Day 13:            Trek to Chhukung.

Day 14:            Trek to Pangboche.

Day 15:            Trek to Phortse Pass.

Day 16:            Trek to Namche.

Day 17:            Trek to Phakding.

Day 18:            Trek to Lukla.

Day 19:            Fly Back to Kathmandu; O/N Hotel Manaslu

Day 20:            Transfer to airport; departure

 

More Detailed Itinerary:

                    

Day 01:

Arrive Kathmandu; transfer to Hotel Manaslu or similar

 

Day 02:            

Free day in Kathmandy for the preparation of Trek. O/N Hotel Manaslu

 

Day 03:            

40 minute flight to Lukla (2826 m). Trek crew will pick you up at the airport, and after some initial preparation you'll start trekking towards Phakding. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the Tent around Phakding.

Duration 6-6˝ hours.                                                   

 

Day 04:            

Start trekking towards Namche. First half of the trek (three hours) leads through Sherpa villages and crosses three suspension bridges. Lunch en route. After lunch, you will trek through steeply uphill for about three hours. Dinner and over night in the Tent around Namche Bazaar (3440m).

Namche Bazaar:  Namche is the administrative centre of the Khumbu region. It has a police check-post, the headquarters of the Sagarmatha National Park, numerous shops, and a variety of hotels and restaurants.  

Duration: 6-6˝ Hours.              

 

Day 05:            

Trek towards Tengboche; trekking through forest and villages. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the Tent around Teng-boche (3867m).

After reaching campsite, a light snacks (Tea and Biscuits) will be served and then you will visit the famous Tengboche Monastery.

Duration 5-5˝ Hours                                       

 

Day 06:

Trek towards Pheriche, in part following the Imza Khola (khola - river). Lunch en-route. Dinner and over night in the Tent around Pheruche (4243m).  

Duration 6-6˝ Hours                                                   

                       

Day 07:            

Trek towards Luboche, steeply uphill for about 7 hours. Lunch en-route. Dinner and over night in the Tent around Lobuche (4940m).

Duration 6˝-7 Hours       

 

Day 08:            

Trek towards Gorakshep. Today you will follow a ridge  with great views of numerous peaks in the area, including Mt. Everest. Lunch en-route. Dinner and over night in the Tent around Gorakshep (5288m).

Duration 5-5˝ Hours    

                                   

Day 09:            

After breakfast, an option to rest or trek towards Kala Pattar viewpoint carrying packed lunch. Today is a day packed with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Return to Gorakshep. Dinner and over night in the Tent around Gorakshep  (5200m).

Kala Pattar (meaning " black rock"), 5545m above sea level, provides the best vantage point for viewing Mt. Everest and other peaks in the area. The 360-degree view from this point is the ultimate experience along this trek.  

 

Day 10:            

Rest at Gorakshep or trek to the Everest Base Camp carrying packed lunch. This day-trip takes about 7-7˝ hours, part of it walking on ice-fall. Return to Gorakshep for dinner and overnight.  

                        

Day 11:            

Trek back to Lobuche. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the tent around Lobuche.  

Duration 5-5˝ Hours         

 

Day 12:              

Trek to Dingboche via Periche, with fine views of Imza Glacier. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the tent   around Dingboche (4340m)  

Duration 5-5˝ Hours               

 

Day 13:              

Trek to Chhukkung, along the way nice views of Makalu. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the tent around Chhukkung (4730m)  

Duration 6-6˝ Hours                                      

 

Day 14:           

Trek downhill to Pangboche. Lunch en-route. Dinner and over night in the Tent around Pangboche (3985m).  

Duration 6-6˝ Hours                           

 

Day 15:            

Trek towards Phortse with great views of Taboche, Gokoyo peak other mountains en-route. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the Tent around Phortse.  

Duration 6-6˝ Hours                                                   

 

Day 16:            

Trek towards Namche. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the Tent.  

Duration: 6-6˝.Hours                                      

   

Day 17:            

Trek towards Phakding. Lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight in the tent around Phakding.  

Duration: 6-6˝.Hours                                       

 

Day 18:            

Trek towards Lukla. Lunch en-route. Dinner or overnight in the tent around Lukla.  

Duration: 6-6˝.Hours                                       

 

Day 19:            

5 AM wake-up call, early breakfast and walk to airport for flight to Kathmandu. O/N Hotel Manaslu

 

Day 20:

Transfer to airport; departure.

- 03 nights twin sharing accommodation at hotel Manaslu or similar on Bed and Breakfast basis.

- 17 days trek as specified in above itinerary on full board basis with all the camping gear.

- National Park and Conservation Area entry fees.
