the following are the most fascinating of the routes:

Vienna to Prague Bicycle Itinerary:

Day 1 Start in Vienna or Prague
Afternoon arrival in South Moravia Wine District (1.5 hours by car to Breclav). Check into hotel in Mikulov, Lednice or Valtice.
Overnight in Mikulov.
Day 2 Lednice-Valtice area
You find yourself in the midst of the former Liechtenstein family estate, marked by a Baroque chateau in Valtice and a Gothic Revival chateau in Lednice, connected by Europe's largest man-made landscape, with medieval ponds and follies to have picnics by. The Valtice - Lednice man-made landscape has been nominated for the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Jurasic lime-rock Palava Hills around and in Mikulov offer scenic walks, bicycle tours, bird watching and more. Mikulov itself offers splendid hilltop views, wine cellars with cimbal music, and remnants of a bygone Jewish culture.
Overnight in Mikulov.
Day 3 Mikulov - Vranov - Slavonice - Telc
Follow the small country roads through Znojmo to Vranov (a fairytale-like Baroque castle); continue through meadows and forests to Slavonive, a Renaissance jewel rivaled only by the nearby town of Telc. Its entire town center has been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for its uniquely preserved arcaded square, Renaissance chateau, and the medieval ponds which encircle the historical core.
Overnight in Telc.
Day 4 Telc - Jindrichuv Hradec - Trebon
Take enough time to explore Telc, then continue to Jindrichuv Hradec, with its Renaissance chateau set above a beautiful lake. Only a half hour away is the town of Trebon, at the heart of the Bohemian Lake District, the home of the famous Regent beer brewery.
Overnight in Trebon.
Day 5 Trebon
Enjoy a bike ride, go horseback riding, or walk around the Trebon fishponds along the many trails of this UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The medieval town of Trebon, a virtual water fort with its still-existing fortification system, can be entered only by crossing a bridge and passing through a gate. Take some time to explore the winding streets and the chateau, or taste the excellent beer at the brewery pub.
Overnight in Trebon.
Day 6,7 Trebon - Cesky Krumlov
Start early to enjoy a full day in Cesky Krumlov, the second most visited town in the Czech Republic after Prague. Preserved for almost fifty years by its close proximity to the western border, no modern development spoiled its medieval charm and the nature surrounding it. Its fabulous Rozenberg castle, second in size only to Prague's, boasts a fairy-tale tower. The original Baroque theatre, recently renovated, uses original props, costume replicas, candle light, and theatre technique of the Baroque era. Classical music concerts and galleries (Egon Schiele Art Center) provide ample opportunity for entertainment.
Overnight in Cesky Krumlov.
Day 8 Cesky Krumlov - Prague
Through Ceske Budejovice, home of the world famous Budweiser beer, stop in Hluboka to visit the Gothic Revival castle of the Schwarzenbergs, then arrive in Tabor, a 15th-century Hussite stroghold, cradle of the Reformation. Take the small country roads across the Czech Siberia around Sedlec-Prcice, and stop to enjoy a walk to a ruined castle. Arrive in Prague.
Overnight in Prague.
