Day 1:

Into the Cloud Forest.

Pick up at the airport, and drive to San Gerardo, check in at Sabegre Lodge in San Gerardo de Dota. 6 p.m. Dinner

Day 2:
Hike Trail in the Cloud Forest and see Quetzals.

7 a.m. Breakfast Sabebre Lodge.

8 to 11:30 Hike the the cloud forest, birding for Quetzals.

12 to 1 p.m. Lunch and check out.

1:30 to 5 p.m. Drive to Dominical and check in at Villas Rio Mar. 6:30 p.m. Dinner H.V.R.M.

Day 3:
White Water River Rafting ( Class III and IV) or Kayaking in the dry season.

7 a.m. Breakfast H.V.R.M.

7:45 to 9 a.m. Drive to San Isidro

9 to 2 p.m. Down River

12 a.m. Picnic lunch

3:30 p.m. Back to the Hotel.

6 p.m. Dinner.

Day 4:
Caño Island, Snorkeling, Whales, Dolphins and Trails.

6 to 7:30 Drive to Sierpe

7:30 to 8:30a.m. Breakfast Rest. Las Vegas

8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Boat tour to the Island

10:30 to 12 p.m. Snorkeling time

12 to 1 p.m. Picnic lunch

1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Hike trails on the Island

3:30 p.m. Boat tour to Drake´s Bay.

4:30 p.m. Check in Bahía Paraiso Camping site

6 p.m. Dinner

Day 5:
Corcovado National Park.

7 a.m. Breakfast

7:30 to 8a.m. Boat ride to Corcovado

8 to 11:30 a.m. Trails in the tropical humid forest.

11:30 lunch and check out at Bahia Paraizo

1 to 2 p.m Boat ride to Sierpe.

2 to 4:30 p.m. drive to La Amistad Lodge.

6 p.m. Dinner at La Amistad

Day 6:
Coffee tour of the biggest and finest organic shade growing coffee estate in Central America.
7 a.m. Breakfast

7:30 to 11:30a.m: Visit the Guaymie Indians tending their coffee estate and learn about the organic system of growing coffee.

12 p.m. Lunch

2 to 4 p.m. visit the coffee factory and gain insight into coffee processing.

6 p.m. Dinner

Day 7:

Day trail hike and night walk; camp out in the jungle at Cotoncito Camp.

7 a.m. Breakfast

8 to 2 p.m. Walk to the camping site; pack lunch.

5 p.m. Dinner

Day 8:

Hike out La Amistad National Park and drive to San Jose.

6:00 AM Breakfast; 6:30 - 9: 30 AM Walk back to the Lodge.

10AM - 5PM drive back to San Jose; 1PM lunch at Rest. Vista del Valle in San Isidro; 5PM arrive in San Jose.

- All land and boat transportation per the itinerary.
- Accommodation 07 nights on twin sharing bases per the itinerary.
- All meals, three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, per the itinerary (only 1 meal/dinner on first day, no dinner on last day.)
