Tour Booking Process:  

 

1. If you have any questions about our tours, please send us email - we'll answer by email or call you. 

2. If you're ready to book a tour as you see it at our website, or you want to book a Group Tour, please fill out the tour reservation form or better, email us.

3. As soon as we receive your reservation form, we'll contact you to verify the tour you signed up for. If you're interested in a Private Tour and do not opt to select one of our sample itineraries, we'll customize the itinerary per your wishes.

4. After the verification, if you’re signing up on a Group Tour, or after coming to an agreement on your Private Tour, we'll ask you to pay the tour deposit

5. Upon receipt of your deposit, we'll give you a temporary confirmation of your booking.

6. Next you'll be mailed a formal Tour Contract containing a disclosure of our full Terms and Conditions for you to sign, which we must receive back from you in order to give you the final confirmation of your booking.

Under our Terms and Conditions, you'll be asked to sign a liability disclosure, that you have read and understand our Cancellation and Refund policy, acknowledge you understand the physical difficulty of the tour, acknowledge that you're in good health and confirm you understand the inherent dangers associated with travel on a tour you have signed up for. If you do not wish to secure an insurance coverage we recommend (see under Travel Insurance), you can do so, but on certain tours, namely adventure travel tours, such as trekking tours, we require you either secure insurance coverage through underwriters we recommend or show us a proof of being covered elsewhere.

7. Following the receipt of your signed tour contract agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions, we'll email you a receipt, showing payment made and balance due, where applicable. All other instructions, if any, about your tour will be sent to you prior to your departure for the tour destination country.
