Day 1 |
Arrive at
Paro. Received by our Bhutan representative
and transfer to the hotel. An orientation talk
in the evening. Overnight at Hotel. |

Day 2 |
Sightseeing of the Paro valley. Overnight at
Hotel. |
|
Day 3 |
Morning drive to
Punakha via Dochula (3100m), from where you
can have a great view of Northern Himalayas on
clear days. Afternoon sightseeing of the Punakha and
Wangdi valleys. Overnight at Hotel. |

Day 4 |
Drive to
Bumthang. Picnic lunch at the
Chendebji Chorten
and view
Trongsa on route. Overnight at Lodge. |

Day 5 |
Sightseeing of
Bumthang valley. Overnight at Lodge. |

Day 6 |
Bumthang to Gorsum, 18 km trail, alt. 3120m
(Trek begins) |

Gorsum to Lungsum, 12 km walk, alt. 3160m |

Day 8 |
Lungsum to Tshochenchen, 15 walk, alt. 3400m |

Day 9 |
Tshochenchen to Dur Tsachu, 17 km trail, alt.

Day10 |
Halt at Dur Tsachu. Relax in hotspring or hike
around the camp. |

Day 11 |
Dur Tsachu to Tshochenchen, 17 km trail, alt.
3400m |

Day 12 |
Tshochenchen to Gorsum, 27 km trail, alt. 3120m |

Day 13 |
Gorsum to Bumthang, 18 kms trail, alt. 2580m

Bumthang to Punakha. Visit of
Ta-Dzong
(ancient watch tower for the
Trongsa
Dzong) On
route picnic at the
Chendebji Chorten
- one of two Nepalese type of Stupa in the
kingdom. Overnight at Lodge.. |

Morning drive to
Thimphu . Cultural program in the afternoon.
Evening at leisure. Overnight at Hotel. |

Day 16 |
Sightseeing of the
Thimphu valley. Evening drive to
Paro on route visiting
Simtokha Dzong
(Kingdom's oldest dzong). Farewell dinner and
overnight at Hotel. |

Day 17 |
Departure - our representative will help
you complete the check in formalities and bid
you farewell. |
