In this exciting jeep tour you get to see the best of Kumaon, from hill market towns such as Almora, Darchula and Pithoragarh to the resort hill towns the likes of Nainital. For some of the best views of the Himalayan chain we stop in Chakori. For the experience of nature, of verdant rhododendron, oak and deodar forests we make our way to Binsar and Jaulabanj; here too we see the high Himalaya in their full grandeur, east to west; in fact on clear days the sweeping panorama encompasses more than 300km of Himalayan peaks. Among the most unique stops will be the outing to the Narayan Swami Ashram perched high in the Himalaya with stunning views of Api and other giant peaks on the Nepalese site of the border. For many, the highlight may be the Birthi Falls, a fine waterfall at the crest of an awesome valley, en route to Musiyari below Panch Chuli peaks, seen best on our way from the top of the Kala Muni Pass.
